all patients by greeting visitors, answering phones, and managing daily scheduling needs across calls, emails, and logistics.</li> <li>Complete patient intake and check‑in processes, ensuring all forms, insurance verifications, copays, and balances are collected and documented accurately.</li> <li>Manage schedules for patients and clinicians, including adjustments, follow‑ups, discharge workflows, reactivation, and end‑of‑day processes, while maintaining accurate information in the EHR.</li> <li>Support clinical teams by triaging patient concerns, escalating issues appropriately, and coordinating necessary services.</li> <li>Communicate clearly and promptly with patients, families, referral partners, and vendors to support the full patient journey and enhance engagement.</li> <li>Ensure accurate charge capture, billing‑related documentation, and timely submission of required data.</li> <li>Maintain compliance with all policies and regulatory standards (HIPAA, CMS, OSHA, etc.) and uphold a high standard of customer service.</li> <li>Represent Sol Mental Health with professionalism and contribute positively to team culture by demonstrating empathy, collaboration, and
