SUMMARY OF THE ROLE  The Assistant General Counsel, Compliance Officer will be responsible for leading the Company’s enterprise‑wide compliance and ethics framework, ensuring adherence to applicable laws, regulations, and internal governance standards. This role serves as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, oversees compliance risk management, and drives a culture of integrity across all business operations.
