In this role, you will take a hands-on approach, combining project management execution with functional activities such as business analysis, configuration support, user knowledge transfer, and day-to-day issue resolution. You will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction while managing project timelines, scopes, and budgets to drive successful project outcomes.
