Overview
We're looking for a data-driven, AI-first Pipeline Generation Lead to design and build a predictable pipeline generation system for enterprise B2B sales. This role goes beyond traditional outbound. It's about architecting scalable acquisition engines that consistently generate qualified meetings.
Key Responsibilities
Build and optimize a multi-channel outbound engine (email, LinkedIn, phone, content)
Leverage AI tools and automation to scale personalized outreach
Create and distribute content (LinkedIn posts, newsletters, blogs) to support inbound demand
Define ICPs, segment audiences, and continuously refine targeting using data
Run experiments across channels, messaging, and sequences to improve conversion rates
Own the full pipeline generation engine, from first touch to booked meeting
Work closely with Sales to ensure consistent calendar coverage and lead quality
Main Objective
Create a predictable and scalable system that fills out the Sales Team's calendars with qualified sales meetings.
Requirements
Proven experience in outbound, growth, or GTM roles (preferably in B2B SaaS)
Strong understanding of AI tools and automation for go-to-market workflows
Exceptional copywriting skills for cold outreach and content
Highly analytical and data-driven mindset
Ability to build systems, not just run campaigns
Fast executor with a strong focus on results
Nice to Have
Experience targeting enterprise accounts
Background as a GTM Engineer or similar role
Familiarity with CRM, enrichment, and sales engagement tools
Active presence on LinkedIn (posting and creating content)
Success Metrics (KPIs)
Number of qualified meetings booked (primary KPI)
Conversion rates across outreach channels
Pipeline generated and influenced
Efficiency and scalability of the acquisition system
