We are a fast-growing organization with a strong preference to grow team members and promote from within.</p>
<p class="text-copy-16 text-gray-900 [&_b]:text-gray-1000 my-6 [&_b]:font-semibold [&_i]:not-italic">As a Majors Enterprise Sales Manager based in New York City, you will build and lead a New York-based Majors enterprise team within the AMER market. This is a top hiring priority for our sales organization and a foundational role in establishing sales leadership and sales culture in our new New York office. You'll be a hands-on leader and a talent magnet — someone who owns their own sourcing, builds a winning team from the ground up, and coaches AEs through complex, high-value enterprise deals.</p>

Actual salary will be based on job-related skills, experience, and location. Compensation outside of NYC may be adjusted based on employee location. The total compensation package may include benefits, equity-based compensation, and eligibility for a company bonus or variable pay program depending on the role.
