Overview
Be the engine that fuels our global sales team. Generate qualified meetings for our AEs across North America and Europe. Build the top-of-funnel motion that every deal Supersonik closes will start from.
Key Responsibilities
Book qualified meetings for global AEs
Run outbound across LinkedIn, email, and phone
Personalize outreach at scale using AI tools
Iterate on messaging, sequences, and targeting to increase conversion
Become an expert on Supersonik's product, ICP, and competitive landscape
Main Objective
Generate qualified enterprise meetings for the global AE team and become the top of funnel that powers Supersonik's growth.
Non-negotiables
1 to 3 years SDR experience in B2B SaaS
Proven track of booking qualified meetings
Excellent written and spoken English
Comfortable on phone and video calls
Based in New York or willing to relocate
Strong Signals
Sold AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling
Hit or exceeded quota recently
Power user of AI and outbound tools
Thrives in fast-iterating, founder-led teams
Top performer or team lead in past SDR org
Active on LinkedIn or building a personal brand

Competitive base salary with uncapped OTE. You'll be rewarded directly for the qualified meetings you book and the pipeline you generate, with no ceiling on what you can earn.
