This role is responsible for building the systems, culture, and infrastructure that enable our team to do their best work.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting directly to the COO, the Head of People will oversee all aspects of the People function including talent acquisition, performance management, leadership development, employee experience, and HR operations. font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and execute a People strategy that supports Moment Energy’s growth, mission, and long-term business goals.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Drive organizational design and workforce planning to support our expansion into new markets and manufacturing facilities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the co-founders on organizational planning and leadership development.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; People Operations</strong></span></h3> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Develop and maintain competitive compensation and benefits programs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Build compensation structures and promotion processes that scale with the company.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee HR operations including policies, systems, and compliance with employment regulations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Establish priorities and processes that allow the People team to scale effectively as the company grows.</span></li> </ul> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Candidate</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>We’re looking for individuals with the following traits, skills, and experiences:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">7+ years of HR/People leadership experience, preferably within a high-growth tech or manufacturing startup (Series A to Series C transition).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Proven experience in building and scaling HR functions in a high-growth startup environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">A strong understanding of all aspects of HR, including talent acquisition, compensation and benefits, performance management, and employee relations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Proven ability to build HR programs and processes from the ground up.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience in manufacturing, hardware, or cleantech is highly preferred. </span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Deep understanding of BC Employment Standards;
