Overview
Join our growing AE team in Barcelona. Close net new ARR. Be part of the founding team of AEs opening new markets for Supersonik.
Key Responsibilities
Land net new logos across mid-market, enterprise, and strategic tech accounts internationally
Run a hybrid motion: close inbound and founder-led pipeline, while owning outbound as your primary lever
Partner with the founders as a founding seller: shape ICP, messaging, pricing feedback, and process as we discover new markets
Main Objective
Close net new ARR globally and help define the playbook the next wave of AEs at Supersonik will run.
Non-negotiables
3 to 5 years as a quota-carrying AE in net new business
Tech or SaaS background, with experience selling internationally
Track record of winning net new logos and closing large deals
Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate
Fluent English
EU work authorization
Strong Signals
Grew from SDR to AE inside the same company
Multiple promotions at one company over lateral moves across many
Currently or recently selling AI, sales tech, or GTM tooling to CROs, VPs of Sales, or RevOps leaders
Comfortable in a founder-led, fast-iterating environment
Has been the #1 or #2 AE on a team. Promotions, accelerators, or President's Club to back it up
Experience closing big logos internationally

Competitive base salary with uncapped OTE. You'll be rewarded directly for the net new ARR you close, with no ceiling on what you can earn.
