Define and maintain work instructions, process flows, and control plans. Lead root cause analysis and implement lean manufacturing principles. Change Management Manage engineering changes and ensure smooth implementation in production. Validate changes through testing and documentation before release. Training & Documentation Train operators and technicians on module-specific procedures and best practices. Maintain up-to-date documentation including assembly guides, troubleshooting manuals, and test protocols Why is the position interesting for you? You will take full ownership of a high-tech module in a cutting-edge metrology system, giving you deep technical responsibility and visibility.
