<p><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;">We are hiring a Community Manager to build and grow Turing’s community across developers (Supply) and customers (Demand). Reporting to the Head of Talent Growth, you will own social media, events, and partnerships — turning community engagement into measurable brand advocacy and top-of-funnel impact.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <span style="font-size: 10pt;"> Help engage with talent across social media and other channels effectively.</span></span></li>

<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Ensure community initiatives are synchronized with Product, Sales, and Marketing departments to bolster retention and acquisition.</span></li>

<li style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> <span style="font-size: 10pt;">3–5 years in community management, growth marketing, or brand partnerships; consumer marketplace or Talent growth background preferred.</span></span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Proven track record growing online communities with measurable engagement outcomes.</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Experience planning and executing IRL and virtual events at varying scale (10 to 500+ attendees).</span></li>
<li style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"><span style="font-size: 10pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;"> Data-driven: comfortable with social analytics, community KPIs, and translating insights into action.</span></li>
