Join us.</strong></p></div><p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><strong>The Opportunity</strong></span></p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Moment Energy is seeking a proactive and highly organized </span><strong>Facilities Lead</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> to oversee the operations, maintenance, and infrastructure of our growing manufacturing facility. As Moment Energy transitions into a significantly larger production space, this role will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities, equipment infrastructure, and workplace systems operate efficiently, safely, and reliably.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys building scalable facility processes for a rapidly growing cleantech company.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">The Facilities Lead will manage building operations, coordinate contractors and vendors, and ensure facility readiness for both production and office teams. In addition, this role will serve as the primary internal liaison for IT services, working with our external Managed Service Provider (MSP) to support company-wide IT systems and infrastructure.</span></p> <p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">This role does not manage production operations but ensures the facility and infrastructure enable production teams to operate effectively.</span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities and Duties</strong></span></p> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Facility Operations &amp; Maintenance</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Oversee day-to-day operations of the company’s manufacturing and office facilities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure facility infrastructure (power distribution, HVAC, safety systems, lighting, etc.) operates reliably to support manufacturing activities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for building systems and facility equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Manage relationships with facility service providers, contractors, and vendors.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate facility repairs, upgrades, and building projects.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support layout planning and facility improvements as the company scales production.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain facility documentation including drawings, asset lists, and maintenance records.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Facility Infrastructure for Manufacturing</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with production and manufacturing teams to ensure facility infrastructure supports production equipment and testing operations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate installation of new equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support facility readiness for new production lines, test equipment, and R&amp;D activities.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>IT Coordination</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Coordinate IT infrastructure projects including network setup, workstation deployments, security systems, and access control.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Manage onboarding and offboarding IT logistics (equipment setup, email account coordination, user access, etc.).</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Ensure reliable office and production network connectivity.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Track IT assets such as laptops, workstations, and network equipment.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Safety &amp; Compliance Support</strong></span></h4> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Partner with the Health &amp; Safety team to ensure facilities meet regulatory and workplace safety requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain building-related safety systems such as fire suppression, emergency lighting, and evacuation infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support inspections, audits, and compliance requirements related to facility operations.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support workplace health and safety programs, including facility safety practices, hazard identification, and compliance with occupational health and safety standards in industrial or manufacturing environments.</span></li> </ul> <h4><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Facilities Planning &amp; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">5+ years of experience in facilities management, building operations, or workplace infrastructure.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial facilities.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience working in manufacturing, cleantech, or energy startup.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting facility expansion or relocation projects.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Strong experience managing vendors, contractors, and service providers.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with facility systems such as electrical distribution, HVAC, production equipment and building maintenance.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience supporting workplace health and safety programs.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Familiarity with quality and operational improvement methodologies such as 5S, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement practices within a production or technical environment.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Experience coordinating IT infrastructure or working with external IT service providers.</span></li> <li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;
