SUMMARY OF THE ROLE  The Specialist, Field Services – Rotating Equipment, reporting to the Manager, Reliability, provides frontline, field-based technical expertise in rotating equipment operations and maintenance. This role is responsible for leading and supporting the safe and effective execution of maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality workmanship, equipment reliability, and adherence to established maintenance strategies. The Specialist will work closely with Reliability Engineers, Condition Monitoring Specialists, and Rotating Equipment Engineers to ensure optimal equipment performance and consistent execution excellence in the field. This position requires a strong onsite presence and hands-on involvement during routine maintenance, turnarounds, and unplanned events. The position will be based permanently in Brownsville, TX.
