<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">The </span><strong>Sales Operations Specialist</strong><span style="font-weight: 400;"> plays a key role to support the effectiveness and growth of our Business Development team. This role sits at the center of our commercial organization, working closely with Account Managers, Application Engineers, and Leadership to improve sales processes, manage our CRM systems, track performance metrics, and ensure smooth coordination across the sales funnel.</span></span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">The Sales Operations Specialist will play a key role in building scalable systems and processes as Moment Energy expands its clean energy storage solutions across North America.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Responsibilities</strong></span></p>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Sales Process & Pipeline Management</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Manage, maintain and implement improvements into the company’s CRM system to ensure accurate pipeline tracking, robust data hygiene, and clear tracking and reporting of essential pipeline performance metrics.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support Account Managers in managing opportunities, updating deal stages, and maintaining customer records. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Prepare guides and training materials on usage of the CRM and SOPs for effective funnel management; coach team members on proper usage to ensure CRM data hygiene.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Monitor sales pipeline health and provide regular reporting on deal progression, conversion rates, and revenue forecasting.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Identify inefficiencies in the sales process and opportunities for improvement in our CRM system’s implementation; implement improvements to increase team productivity.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Reporting & Analytics</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Develop dashboards and reports to track sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key KPIs.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support leadership with forecasting, pipeline analysis, and strategic insights.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Track lead sources and campaign effectiveness to inform business development strategy. </span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Identify and report on other insights provided by our CRM data with recommendations on potential improvements to our processes.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Cross-Functional Coordination</strong></span></h3>

<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Facilitate and support coordination between Business Development, Application Engineering, Marketing, and Operations.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Help ensure customer opportunities move smoothly from early engagement through technical evaluation and contracting.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support proposal development by organizing documentation, tracking deliverables, and coordinating internal inputs.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>CRM & Systems Management</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Own CRM administration, including data structure, workflow automation, and reporting tools.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain documentation of sales processes and internal playbooks.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Evaluate and implement tools that improve sales productivity and visibility.</span></li>
</ul>
<h3><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>Operational Support</strong></span></h3>
<ul>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Assist with contract tracking, customer documentation, and deal records.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Support on-boarding and enablement of new sales team members.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Maintain sales collateral libraries, templates, and standardized documentation.</span></li>

<p><span style="font-size: 12pt;"><strong>We’re looking for individuals with the following traits, skills, and experiences:</strong></span></p>

<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Strong analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Highly organized with strong attention to detail.</span></li>
<li style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;"><span style="font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt;">Ability to coordinate across multiple teams and manage competing priorities.</span></li>
