<h2><strong>The role</strong></h2>
<p>Motivity is looking for a <strong>Brand & Web Designer</strong> to support our marketing and creative team with high-quality, consistent visual design across digital, web, and event assets. This is a <strong>hands-on, builder role</strong>, who will shape the brand's visual system, challenge it, and bring it to life through execution.</p>
<p>We’re looking for someone who is <strong>fast, highly tactical, and creatively opinionated</strong>, someone who can take a concept and turn it into a polished, live asset without handoffs or bottlenecks.</p>

<h2><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h2>
<h3><strong>Own and evolve the brand</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Maintain consistency across all visual touchpoints while pushing the brand forward.</li>
<li>Bring Motivity’s personality to life: human, expert, confident, and grounded in real-world experience.</li>
<li>Challenge existing patterns and introduce new creative directions that feel bold but intentional.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Design, build, and maintain our website (end-to-end)</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Own design and development of Motivity’s website in <strong>Figma and Webflow</strong>.</li>
<li>Translate marketing strategy, messaging, and campaigns into high-performing web experiences.</li>
<li>Continuously improve UX, conversion, and performance across key pages.</li>
<li>Build and launch new pages quickly in support of campaigns, SEO, and product initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Support demand generation and campaigns</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design high-impact visuals for:</li>
<ul>
<li>paid media (LinkedIn, Google, retargeting)</li>
<li>ABM campaigns (including physical and digital experiences)</li>
<li>lead magnets and landing pages</li>
</ul>
<li>Collaborate with marketing to test and iterate creative that improves performance.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Partner on content and storytelling</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Work closely with the content strategist and video lead to bring ideas to life visually.</li>
<li>Contribute to the creative direction of content (not just execution).</li>
<li>Help shape how Motivity’s expertise is expressed visually across blogs, guides, and campaigns.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Social and ongoing content support</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Design assets that support social media strategy (posts, carousels, visual series).</li>
<li>Create repeatable systems/templates that allow content to scale without losing quality.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Event and swag design</strong></h3>
<ul>
<li>Concept and design conference materials, booth experiences, and swag.</li>
<li>Think beyond standard assets—create memorable, differentiated experiences aligned with Motivity’s challenger positioning.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>Sales and internal assets</strong></h3>
<p>Design and maintain high-quality assets including:</p>
<ul>
<li>pitch decks and presentations</li>
<li>sales one-pagers and leave-behinds</li>
<li>webinar slides</li>
<li>implementation and product materials</li>
</ul>
<p>These assets should reinforce trust, clarity, and expertise at every stage of the buyer journey.</p>

<li>Motivity’s brand feels <strong>distinct, modern, and unmistakable</strong> in the ABA space.</li>
<li>The website becomes a <strong>high-performing conversion engine</strong>, not just a brochure.</li>
<li>Campaign creative consistently improves engagement and pipeline impact.</li>
<li>Sales and marketing teams rely on design as a <strong>strategic advantage</strong>, not a support function.</li>
</ul>
<h2><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>3+ years of experience in design, with strong exposure to both <strong>brand and web</strong>.</li>
<li>Deep expertise in <strong>Figma and Webflow</strong> (you can design and ship) + proficiency with other modern design tools (Canva, Google Slides, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency across multiple asset types.</li>
<li>Proven ability to take ideas from concept → design → live execution.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively, move fast and manage multiple projects without sacrificing quality.</li>
<li>Comfortable managing multiple small design projects simultaneously.</li>
<li>Proficiency with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar).</li>
</ul>

<h2><strong>Bonus points</strong></h2>
<ul>
<li>Experience designing for B2B SaaS companies.</li>
<li>Experience with event or conference design.</li>
<li>Experience working on conversion-focused websites and landing pages.</li>
<li>Motion/animation experience for web and social (Adobe After Effects, Lottie, etc.).</li>
<li>Experience contributing to brand strategy, not just execution. </li>
