The Role We need a Senior Technical Writer to own all technical content across Scaleout, Scaleup, and Orchestration. You'd be the person responsible for documentation quality, covering everything from technical docs to release notes to security responses. This role is the "voice" of the customer experience that the customer hears. This is an IC role. You'll be part of the Customer Experience / Technical Operations team, working alongside the people who talk to customers every day. What you write directly affects how customers use the product and how quickly they can solve problems.
